To be honest, we have been having a bit of a tough time lately finding the right balance of classes on.
As a result, people have had to step up to fill gaps and we have really had to get creative with the way we set up and handle raids=p
Although this is a bit frustrating, it is pretty much what we have always been about. We work with what we have and we do the best we can with it.
And when things get rough, we have found that yelling at problems is the best way to get them to go away.
(This works in real life, too! Try it!)
So, we decided to backgear a bit, to give us as much of an edge as possible. After we almost wiped on a farm mob we were warming up on, it was pep talk time!
After my pep talk, Boo gave a pep talk and we pulled it together and hit our groove. Our next target went smoothly and flawlessly. We were still very tight on numbers and classes, but our Hong Lei was very strong.
What do ML and TB do with a half-sized raiding force halfway through a raid night?
Do we try our first MPG raid trial?
And WIN?
Yes. Yes, we do!
Great work folks!!! We turned what could have been a bad night into taking our first step on the path to Anguish=)

Well.
Holiday numbers are holiday numbers.
Making any kind of raiding plans is a bit rough when people are doing what they are supposed to do and spending time with family and friends.
Luckily for us, our members don't mind pushing the envelope a bit and attempting things with light numbers.
We challenged ourselves on Xxeric the day after Christmas with a less than ideal class makeup and managed to still almost pull out a win.
Tonight, we opted instead to seek out the Queen in RSS with enough boxes and alts to make a fella cry.
We managed probably the smoothest win we have ever had on her because we knew we had very little margin for error.
We finished up the night by accidently training an epic mob onto a group at cubbies, and then killing ourselves a few times just because=p
We have yet to attempt an MPG raid trial but I am willing to go out on a limb here and predict that Anguish is not too far off for us.
Prismatic Dye is an incredible motivator of men. Shoot, if world leaders could threaten with dye irl, we would be living in space right now.

As a group, we are a pretty casual and friendly bunch . But we hate losing. A certain Hoser Dragon of Doom proved to be quite a challenge to our morale. So, after entering Tacvi, we made it a goal to ourselves to put that hoser to rest before moving on with our progression.
We entered The Ascent determined to put it all on the line.....
And we prevailed!!!!!
